Answers to common questions about using Bar Tally.
On the Count screen, tap the Manage button in the top right. From there you can add new items, set categories, and define reorder thresholds for each one.
When adding or editing an item, enter a threshold quantity. When the combined Bar and Dry Storage count for that item drops to or below that number, it will appear in your Alerts tab so you know it's time to reorder.
Yes — all counts save instantly to the cloud, so your whole team sees the same live inventory in real time. Multiple staff members can log in and count simultaneously without any conflicts.
Bar Tally accounts are currently set up manually. Email us at annheslinslade@gmail.com with your team member's name and email address and we'll get them added to your bar's account right away.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
To delete your account and all associated data, email us at annheslinslade@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
Bar Tally requires an internet connection to load inventory data. First, check that you have a working Wi-Fi or mobile data connection and try again. If the problem persists, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Drop us a message and we'll help troubleshoot.
