Agreement to these terms
By downloading or using Bar Tally, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
About Bar Tally
Bar Tally is an iOS application that helps bars and hospitality businesses track stock levels, set reorder thresholds, and manage inventory. The app is operated by Ann Heslin (annheslinslade@gmail.com).
Account registration
To use Bar Tally, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Bar Tally reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Bar Tally only for its intended purpose — managing bar and hospitality inventory. You must not:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
- Use the app to store or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Your data
You retain ownership of all inventory data you enter into Bar Tally. By using the app, you grant Bar Tally a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

Service availability
Bar Tally requires an active internet connection. We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code within Bar Tally — including the name, logo, and app interface — is the property of Bar Tally and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Bar Tally is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. You use the app at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bar Tally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
You may stop using Bar Tally at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Bar Tally after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Bar Tally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
