Bar Tally operates a bar inventory management application. This policy explains what data Bar Tally collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data.

Data Bar Tally Collects

Bar Tally collects the following information when you use the app:

• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account
• Full name — optional, set by you in your profile settings
• Inventory data — item names, quantities, and counts that you enter into the app

How Bar Tally Uses Your Data

Bar Tally uses your data solely to provide the service — to authenticate your account, to store and display the inventory data you enter, and to associate your account with your bar's inventory.

Bar Tally does not use your data for advertising. Bar Tally does not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your data is stored and processed by Supabase (supabase.com), Bar Tally's database and authentication provider. Supabase stores data on secure cloud infrastructure. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

Data Retention

Bar Tally retains your data for as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact Bar Tally at the email address below and your request will be processed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting Bar Tally. You may also update your display name directly within the app at any time.
